DuraClik Wire-to-Board Connectors

Molex DuraClik™ SMT Wire-to-Board Connectors with terminal retainer options provides superior electrical contact reliability, mating retention, and space savings compared to competitive versions for high-vibration and high-temperature applications. Molex DuraClik 2.00mm pitch connector series is available in two to 15 circuits with tin- and gold-plating options. The ISL and TPA versions feature operating temperatures up to 125°C, meeting high-level automotive passenger compartment requirements. The TPA version also offers Interia Lock, requiring higher insertion force during the earlier part of mating in order to help confirm a secure connection.

Molex DuraClik™ 2.0mm (.079") Pitch Wire-to-Board Connectors are designed for on-board instrumentation applications such as steering wheels that do not require any extra terminal retainers. The single row, right-angle SMT, positive lock connectors feature an audible and tactile click to confirm mating, as well as polarization features to prevent mis-mating. The secure inner-lock system ensures complete connector locking, prevents lock breakage during handling, and provides space savings over outer-locking systems. For high vibration applications, the Molex DuraClick Wire-to-Board Connectors offer wide, long fitting solder nails that have been tested to withstand 100N (10kgf) of upward pull force.
